JobShifu builds your Vault once: your career broken into facts you confirm. Then it finds jobs from 16,000+ employer boards, scores each one against your Vault, tailors your resume card by card with every line citing its source, autofills the application on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and 20+ more, and tracks it to offer. It learns from every decision you make, so each application takes less work than the last. Free to start, no card.

Hey Product Hunt
I'm Chris, and I built JobShifu after trying every AI resume tool I could find. They all had the same two problems. The output sounded like it could belong to anyone. And it quietly invented things I would then have to defend out loud in an interview.
The second one is not a prompt bug. Point an LLM at a thin resume and a job description it cannot fully answer, and it fills the gap. That is what the model does under pressure.
So JobShifu is not another AI writer. It is built around a Vault: your career broken into facts you confirm once. Everything else reads from it, and nothing reaches a resume without a source.
Here is what you can do with JobShifu:
Build your Vault once
Upload your resume and JobShifu extracts it into confirmed units: roles, accomplishments, skills, projects, education. You confirm each one. It is the only thing the AI is allowed to draw from.
Find jobs while they are still warm
A custom crawler pulls postings from 16,000+ employer boards directly, including first-party career sites at Amazon, Apple, Meta and Microsoft. Not scraped from aggregators, so no ghost listings and no week-old reposts. Pro adds a first-hours lane that scans every 30 minutes.
Know before you apply
Every posting is parsed into real requirements and scored against your Vault: what you match, what you partially match, and what you genuinely miss. It tells you when a role is a reach instead of flattering you.
Tailor without the slop
It never writes from scratch. It picks the Vault units that match this job, proposes each change as a card you accept or reject, and trims the document to the right page count for your level. Every line cites the fact it came from. No source, no line, and the build fails.
Autofill and stop retyping
Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS and 20+ more. Answer a screener question once and it is reused wherever it fits, even when the next employer words it differently. You always press Submit.
Track every application
A board from saved to offer, with the exact versioned resume and cover letter you sent attached to each one, so you always know what the recruiter actually read.
Turn your gaps into a plan
The requirements you missed get collected across the roles you actually want, so you know what to close next.
And it gets easier every time
This is the part I care most about. Every decision teaches the Vault: the facts you confirm, the cards you accept or reject, the skills you claim along the way. Application ten takes a fraction of the involvement application one did, because the Vault already knows the answer. Less work over time, and it still cannot use a fact you never gave it, so it gets faster without drifting into generic AI slop.
Free to start, no card: 3 tailored resumes, 3 cover letters, 5 screener answers and 10 STAR stories a month, with unlimited job search, Vault building and tracking.
One thing I want to be straight about, because this crowd will ask: the blocking check proves CITATION, not entailment. A line can cite a real source and still overstate what that source supports. There are two further checks for exactly that, and today they warn rather than block. I am not going to call it hallucination-proof.

I would love the hard questions, especially on the honesty gate, since that is the part I would poke at first. What would you try to break?
