MyTeamBuilder: See the whole organisation. Coach where it matters most.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built MyTeamBuilder around a problem we kept seeing: organisations would run a personality assessment, create a burst of interest, and then watch the insight disappear into a forgotten report. At the same time, managers facing difficult feedback, strained 1:1s or new responsibilities often needed somewhere private to work through what to say next. Giving everyone ongoing coaching access was not always necessary or commercially sensible. MyTeamBuilder separates those two needs. A 36-question, 5-minute assessment gives each person a practical Personality profile. With the appropriate permissions, completed profiles can also contribute to Team dynamics—helping colleagues understand differences in communication, decisions and working preferences. Selected people receive a Coaching seat, giving them a private account and always-on support from Bilee, our AI Coach. Other participants can receive an Assessment seat, which includes the assessment and profile without Bilee. Organisation Admins can change access as responsibilities and needs develop. One subscription. Two seat types. Privacy was also a deliberate boundary, not an afterthought: Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
