Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I'm Daniel, founder of Talotrace. Interestingly, we never set out to build a QA platform. We were building our own products, shipping multiple times a day, and quickly realised the hardest part wasn't writing new features. Rather, it was keeping quality high as everything changed. Backend APIs evolved, product flows changed, documentation lagged behind, and deployments moved faster than anyone could realistically keep up with. We hired manual QA testers, but workload fluctuated from week to week, onboarding took time, and the quality of exploratory testing naturally varied between people. Traditional automation wasn't the answer either. It still relied on someone maintaining test scripts that became outdated almost as quickly as the product itself. That was the turning point. Instead of asking, "How do we automate more test cases?", we started asking, "What if software could actually understand the product?" That question became Talotrace. Rather than following predefined scripts, Talotrace learns how your product works, explores it like a real user, reasons about what it sees, and produces evidence-backed Traces with recordings, logs, reproduction steps, severity, and root cause analysis. Our goal isn't just to find bugs. It's to help engineers understand why they exist so they can spend less time investigating and more time building. We're already fortunate to have several enterprise teams and global companies onboard as beta customers, and watching Talotrace uncover issues that traditional approaches missed has been incredibly rewarding. This is only the beginning. Our longer-term vision is to become a true quality partner that not only identifies issues, but also helps developers understand, verify, and eventually resolve them.
