I built Routefold because multichain expansion is still far more fragmented than it should be. Founders and operators usually have to piece together ecosystem data, technical documentation, liquidity conditions, architecture constraints, partner conversations, and subjective opinions before deciding where to expand. Even then, the final recommendation is often difficult to verify or explain. Routefold turns a product’s website, documentation, objectives, and constraints into a Multichain Digital Twin. It then evaluates relevant ecosystems using transparent chain-fit scoring and produces a practical expansion blueprint: recommended routes, architecture considerations, key risks, and a 30-day execution plan. The goal is not to let an AI arbitrarily choose a chain. Every recommendation should be traceable to the underlying inputs, assumptions, scores, sources, and confidence level. Routefold is currently in private beta, and I’m especially interested in feedback from protocol founders, ecosystem teams, and operators who have already gone through a multichain expansion.
