Digging through old CV versions, rewriting cover letters that ended up sounding the same anyway, wondering if the ATS even read it before rejecting it. I was spending hours per application and getting inconsistent results. So I built Growfile around one core idea: your professional profile should be a single source of truth, not something you reconstruct every time. What it does You enter your experience, skills, and achievements once. For each job, Growfile reads the job description and generates a CV and cover letter tailored to that specific role structured to pass ATS filters, and framed around what that employer is actually looking for. Where we are We're in early access. The core flow works: profile → job description → tailored output. We're now focused on tightening the ATS scoring and improving how the AI selects and prioritizes experience across different industries.
