Here's what's happening under the hood:
You build it like a flow, no code. Drag-and-drop nodes, questions, statements, and booking links. Each question takes free text, choice buttons, or both.
The AI runs it, not a rigid decision tree. It reads each answer, decides if it's good enough, asks a smart follow-up when it isn't, and routes based on what people say ("interested → jump to demo booking").
