UseTokenSaver is a local-first, fail-open preflight guard for Codex prompts. Offline/CLI behavior is verified; it flags safe, material prompt savings without rewriting intent. Desktop integration and full model/effort/speed optimization remain unverified.
I built UseTokenSaver to inspect Codex prompts before sending. The verified release is offline/CLI; Desktop Hook invocation and complete model/effort/speed cost evidence are still open questions.
