How did GPT-5.6 change the ambition or scope of what you shipped?

I initially set out to build just a proof of concept given the limited amount of time for this hackathon. The speed with which GPT-5.6 blazed through the specs and requirements i set out enabled me to build a full-fledged app much faster than I anticipated.

Hey Product Hunt,
I built Riposte because I wanted to get better at debating and realised there's nowhere to practise. You need an opponent, a judge, and a coach and I do not always have all three.
AI debate apps exist, but their reviews all say the same thing: the AI doesn't listen. It either folds the moment you push back or stonewalls forever. I don't think that's a prompting problem. One model arguing a side and deciding whether you beat it is marking its own homework.
So Riposte runs three separate agents. The debater argues in character: Socrates questions you into corners, Santa makes you feel terrible for disagreeing. An invisible referee scores every move, and the opponent can only concede a point when the referee rules you've genuinely won it. At the end a judge decides the match clash by clash and quotes your actual words back at you i.e what were your best moment, worst moment, what you should have said instead.
It's all spoken, and when you finish, one tap rematches you onto the opposite side of the motion(or remain on the same side), which is the best training exercise in debate.
Built in 7 days for OpenAI Build Week. Would love to know: what motion would you pick, and who would you want to argue it against? First duel's free without signing in! Go lose to Santa Claus.
