honestly the zero commission model is a big draw for me, but i'd love to see a built-in client feedback system that automatically sends a quick survey after each appointment and flags anyone who rates below 4 stars so you can follow up before they churn.

Actually, we’ve already built something close to this — reviews can only be left by verified users who’ve actually completed a booking at that specific salon. Once the appointment is marked done, the client gets an automatic WhatsApp notification prompting them to leave a review, so there’s no risk of fake or random reviews. Flagging low ratings (below 4 stars) for proactive follow-up is a great idea though — we’ll look into adding that as an automated alert for salon owners. Really appreciate the feedback!”
finally tried it last week and the AI copilot actually suggesting time slots based on the stylist's specialty was a nice touch, saved me a couple back-and-forth texts with clients
