honestly the one click embed sounds great, but it would be super helpful if the agent could hand off tricky questions to a real human with full chat history attached, instead of just leaving the customer stuck in a loop with the bot
@nilferejbc It does that. If you want you enable one settings and during the conversation user always sees "Talk with person" button which sends the whole conversation to your Inbox and you can read it and just press "Take over" and chat with client instead of bot.
Dropping it onto a test site took like two minutes, which honestly shocked me. The voice agent actually understood my messy product questions and pulled up order info without me having to repeat myself.
