FocusCoach helps adults transition into focused work with a free 60-second attention check, five adaptive exercises, and plain-language weekly insights. Unlike a basic timer, it combines brief attention practice with performance trends and a clear next action. Built for ADHD-friendly productivity—not diagnosis or treatment.
Hi Product Hunt — I built FocusCoach because most focus tools start with a timer, while the hardest part is often making the transition into the task.
FocusCoach begins with a no-signup, 60-second attention check. The full app includes Number Memory, Quick Match, N-Back, Task Switch, and Stroop exercises, with adaptive difficulty and weekly AI summaries. The intended loop is short: practice, review, choose the next action, and return to work.
FocusCoach is a productivity and attention-training tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD, and it does not promise that a game score transfers to everyday performance.
I would especially value feedback on whether the homepage explains the product quickly, whether the 60-second check helps you begin a work block, and what result would make you return tomorrow.

The attention check before starting feels surprisingly grounding, and I like that the weekly insights just tell me what to do next without lecturing me.

honestly the 60-second attention check is a really nice touch before diving in, kind of makes me actually start the work instead of avoiding it.
