Money Pilot is an FCA-regulated (FRN: 968705) fintech platform that disrupts the UK commercial lending market by removing the traditional 1–2% broker fee. The Problem: Borrowers typically pay thousands in upfront broker fees to access "intermediary-only" lenders. The Solution: A zero-cost comparison engine that connects borrowers to 200+ specialist lenders for bridging loans, commercial mortgages, and development finance.
This is the 2nd launch from Money Pilot. View more

Saved myself around two grand on a bridging quote earlier this week by going direct through this. Nice clean layout and the lender list felt genuinely comprehensive, not the usual half dozen recycled names.
Have you considered adding an estimated approval odds or lender fit score for each option based on the user's deposit amount, property type, and credit profile? That kind of quick match indicator would save borrowers a lot of guesswork before they apply and make the comparison feel even more tailored.
Saved this to try when I refinance my buy to let. One thing that would make it even better is a built in calculator that estimates total interest across the full term for each lender, so I can see the real cost side by side instead of just the headline rate.
saved me the awkward chat with a broker pushing their fee upfront. The lender list for bridging options felt genuinely wide and the quotes came back fast.
Skipped the broker fee nonsense, plugged in a bridging loan scenario, and got matched with lenders I'd never have found on my own. Genuinely useful if you're tired of paying thousands upfront just to see options.
Really appreciate you saving it, Turgay — that means a lot. Great shout on the interest calculator, that’s exactly the kind of practical feature I want to build into the Money Health Score section. Adding it to the roadmap. If you end up trying it for your refinance, would love to hear how it goes.
