Tiro is the iOS companion for people on GLP-1s (tirzepatide, semaglutide). Log every shot and watch your estimated medication level, snap a meal for protein-first macros, and run a private camera-only body scan — no special hardware. Free during beta.

honestly the medication level tracker sounds super useful since i never know when my dose actually peaks, but it would be really helpful if you could add a quick symptom or side effect log tied to each shot so you can see patterns over time
@linam9hm we do have a symptom log and we match it with the medication level curve so you know when it will be over and you can understand your body better
A hydration tracker that factors in the typical constipation GLP-1 users deal with would be huge. Maybe tie it to the meal logging so you get a gentle nudge to sip water when you log something high in fiber or protein.
@glsmyukc hi Gülsüm thank you for your feedback we do have the hydration tracker feature and you can log intake and we will be adding the nudge in next versions
Logging shots and seeing the medication curve sounds genuinely useful, especially for people tracking how side effects line up with peaks. One thing I'd love is a symptom check-in tied to that estimated level graph, so I could quickly rate nausea or appetite right on the same screen and spot patterns over weeks. That would make the whole timeline way more meaningful.
@dudu1156186 we do show the symptoms vs all the side effects you have logged
Really useful idea for tracking GLP-1s. One thing I'd love is hydration and fiber logging alongside the protein-first macros, since both have made a big difference for me on tirzepatide. Would round out the nutrition picture nicely.
@egekoumwgdr hi Ege, thank you for your feedback, we do have hydration tracking and we will be adding fiber in the next version,
also the medication level, side effect tracker and body scan to understand the muscle loss are amongst our top features
Logged a dose this morning and the estimated medication level curve actually matched when I started feeling it kick in, which surprised me. The meal snap is quick and nudges protein first without being preachy about it.
@arzuqalz love the support you can also check out calorie and macros tracking, body scan and hydration logging as well
A side effects journal with quick-tag options like nausea or fatigue would be really useful for spotting patterns tied to specific dose days. Could even surface a simple weekly summary right next to the medication level graph.
