SpideyChat is an AI customer-support chatbot for your website. Train it on your own business content, add it with one line of code, and it answers customer questions 24/7, captures leads, and hands off to your team.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in analytics dashboard that shows which questions the bot couldn't answer, so I can quickly add that info to my training content and watch the deflection rate climb over time.
One thing that would make this way more useful for me is a way to set custom escalation rules based on the customer's intent, so it routes urgent refund questions to a senior agent while sending simpler stuff to the support queue automatically.
Honestly the one-line embed was way easier than I expected, took like two minutes on my site. The bot actually picked up on my FAQ pretty well, though I caught it winging it once on a niche pricing question.
Love how the one-line install actually feels like one line instead of a bait-and-switch into a 40-step setup. The "train on your own content" approach also shows real respect for the user.
