AgendaForge: AI-native event management for conference organizers

AgendaForge manages the full lifecycle of event content: call for papers, application review with rubrics and AI assistance, session and speaker management, agenda building, speaker portals, registration, and native ticketing (early access). AI is embedded in the workflows: speaker and session enrichment, AI review assistance, and semantic search. Built by a solo founder and currently invite-only. Hey Product Hunt! I'm Masood, the (solo) founder of AgendaForge. I built this after watching conference organizers run their call for papers in one tool, review talks in spreadsheets, wrangle speakers over email threads, build the agenda in a third tool, and re-type everything into their website. The event content layer deserves one system. The rubric-based review with AI assistance actually feels useful rather than gimmicky, and having ticketing built in instead of bolted on is a nice touch. Wish the early access wasn't gated, but the solo founder angle has me curious to see where it goes.
