AgendaForge manages the full lifecycle of event content: call for papers, application review with rubrics and AI assistance, session and speaker management, agenda building, speaker portals, registration, and native ticketing (early access). AI is embedded in the workflows: speaker and session enrichment, AI review assistance, and semantic search. Built by a solo founder and currently invite-only. We are looking for 10 founding design partners to shape the roadmap at locked-in pricing.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Masood, the (solo) founder of AgendaForge.
I built this after watching conference organizers run their call for papers in one tool, review talks in spreadsheets, wrangle speakers over email threads, build the agenda in a third tool, and re-type everything into their website. The event content layer deserves one system.
What AgendaForge does today:
β’ Call for papers with a drag-and-drop form builder (23 field types, conditional logic)
β’ Submission review with rubrics, review rounds, reviewer assignments β plus AI review assistance
β’ Session + speaker management with AI enrichment and semantic search
β’ Drag-and-drop agenda builder across tracks and rooms
β’ Branded speaker portals, email comms, registration, and embeddable website feeds
β’ Native Stripe ticketing in early access
Being honest about where we are: AgendaForge is new and invite-only. No case studies, no logos wall β instead I'm looking for 10 founding design partners (conference and community event organizers) who want to shape the roadmap directly with me, at locked-in founding pricing.
I'll be here all day β ask me anything, including about what's NOT built yet. π

The rubric-based review with AI assistance actually feels useful rather than gimmicky, and having ticketing built in instead of bolted on is a nice touch. Wish the early access wasn't gated, but the solo founder angle has me curious to see where it goes.
