I'm Harsh, the maker of AutoApply.
Like many software engineers, I spent hours every week searching for jobs, tailoring resumes, filling out the same application forms, and still hearing... nothing.
After hundreds of applications, I realized the biggest problem wasn't just applying—it was everything that came before it.
So I started building AutoApply for myself.
Instead of simply clicking the "Apply" button everywhere, AutoApply acts like an AI job search agent:
✅ Finds relevant jobs from multiple platforms
✅ Uses AI to score opportunities based on your profile
✅ Creates a tailored resume for each role
✅ Writes personalized outreach emails
✅ Finds recruiter or hiring manager emails whenever possible
✅ Sends emails gradually like a human to avoid spam filters
✅ Tracks when your emails are opened
The goal isn't to send more applications.
It's to help people send better applications and spend less time on repetitive work.
We've already had 750+ people join the waitlist, which has been incredibly motivating and also a reminder that this is a real problem many people face.

One thing that would really help is letting me set a daily application cap and a "cool-down" period between submissions so I don't accidentally spam recruiters at the same company or burn through my Gmail sending limits.
@kazaz18975 We have that option in our settings and We have already set it up for everyone with very save limits and we are warming up your email by slowly increasing the no of daily mails every week from week 1 to week 6. But yes company wise cool-down will be helpful noted that☺️
The daily job scoring is surprisingly accurate and the recruiter email lookup actually finds real people. Resume tailoring feels less spammy than other tools I've tried, though I'd love more control over the tone.
@irmakbyktgjq Yes you can define your tone in the settings so the mail is in your defined tone check that out and let me know if anything can be improved☺️
A follow-up tracker would be huge — something that logs when you applied, pings you after a week to nudge for a polite check-in email, and flags the listing if the posting gets taken down or filled. Right now there's no way to know which apps are still alive vs dead, which is half the headache of job hunting. Would love to see that in v2.
@mcahit321044 Thanks, That's a Great Idea we already have a feature to track mails if they are opened. If a mail is opened we can follow up on that after a set time. Will include this in V2 😊.
And will also find a way if a job posting is closed or open. 🙌
the resume tailoring actually picked up on subtle stuff from my profile that other tools miss, and the recruiter email lookup saved me a ton of digging. really smooth flow from match to send.

the fact that it actually waits for your approval before sending from your own gmail feels really thoughtful, like you kept the human in the loop on the part that actually matters
@guvercinme55192 Yes we have both options default is human in loop and we also have fully autonomous for Lazy ppl 😉
