Hey Product Hunt, I’m Jonathan, founder of GlacialBooks.
We built GlacialBooks around a simple frustration: most bookkeeping software gives business owners another place to do the bookkeeping themselves. We wanted the software to actually complete the work and bring a person in only when judgment is needed.
GlacialBooks is for creators, freelancers, agencies, contractors, and service businesses that want to understand what they earned, where the money went, and what needs attention without having to become accountants.
Arko, our polar bear bookkeeper, categorizes activity, reconciles records, checks unusual changes, helps allocate costs across jobs, and works toward closing the books while you focus on your business.

Excited for this and hopefully it'll be a replacement for my current setup. As a small business owner, it's very tedious organizing transactions into the right accounts everyday and the big accounting software providers squeeze us with expensive subscription fees.
@kevinwong Happy to hear that you're excited about this, and we aimed to make it a viable replacement for small business owners from the tools(s) they're already using to manage their bookkeeping. We added an import center to make the migration experience feel more seamless. This product was built so that small businesses didn't have to go to the big complex platforms and drown in the complexity of bookkeeping. We wanted to automate away the complexity. Would love and appreciate any feedback!
