Meet SocietyDocs š
Hi Product Hunt! š
We're excited to introduce SocietyDocs.
We built SocietyDocs after noticing that businesses managing multiple properties, tenants, locations, or operational units often struggled with scattered documents across local drives, email threads, and generic cloud storage.
Finding contracts, compliance records, invoices, customer files, and operational documents was often time-consuming, especially as organizations grew.
SocietyDocs was created to provide a structured, secure, and scalable document management platform designed specifically for multi-unit operations.
Key features include:
ā Custom Groups & Units
ā Secure Cloud Storage
ā Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)
ā Enterprise Audit Logging
ā Timed Secure File Sharing
ā Tenant Session Isolation
ā Format-Validated Uploads
ā Interactive Workspace
ā Fast Document Retrieval
The platform is adaptable for multiple industries including residential communities, commercial workspaces, healthcare facilities, hospitality businesses, student housing, and self-storage operations.

Honestly the unit grouping feature is pretty handy, basically dragged our properties into folders in like two minutes. Search was faster than I expected too.
