The Auto mode is genuinely fast and the style directions felt on-brief rather than generic. Curious how much the taste learning actually sticks after a few sessions.
A collab mode would be huge, letting two people co-write in real time with private suggestions or comments right inside the editor.
Finally tried this on a rough concept and the lyrics came back surprisingly matched to my vibe instead of generic pop filler. I liked that stems and MIDI dropped out ready to mess with, which actually saves real time.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in collaboration space where two or more people can co-edit lyrics and leave timestamped comments on stems, so producers and writers can actually work together inside Meloty without bouncing files around.
honestly this looks pretty solid, one thing i'd love to see is a way to drop in a reference track and have the agents pull style cues directly from it instead of just describing the vibe in text. that would save so much guesswork when you're chasing a specific sound
