Love the one-QR idea, makes it super easy for guests who aren't techy. One thing I'd add: an option for the host to set a quick auto-approved face album so people get grouped shots without anyone having to manually sort through hundreds of pics. Could be huge for the wedding use case where you want family and friends to find themselves fast.
