There is a true thing about where you stand in your career right now, and you have never heard anyone say it out loud. Not because people are lying to you. Because nobody in your life is positioned to say it. Your manager manages you — that is literally the job. Your friends like you, which is what a friend is for. Your co-founder needs you to stay. None of them is a villain and not one of them is going to tell you, so you have been making the largest decisions of your working life inside a picture you already suspect is flattering. That is what a coach is. Not a cheerleader, not a therapist, not a productivity system. One person with nothing to gain from your comfort, who will say the thing. Belgrave is six of them. All six are fictional characters played by a frontier model — Claude or GPT, your choice — with AI-generated portraits. We say that before you pay, because the honesty is the product: a coach who would lie to you about what they are will lie to you about what you are. You are matched to the one you would actually **believe**. Not the one you would enjoy — credibility is the entire mechanism, because a coach you do not believe is a coach you argue with instead of listen to, and we have then spent your money for nothing. They know the same things and they see the same things. What differs is the volume. Eleanor Ashby will be careful with the pain and merciless about the hiding; Helena Roth will state the number and let the weight do the work. Neither is the advanced setting. It is a temperature, not a difficulty. Conversations end, and that is deliberate. The coach closes the file, reads it back, and writes up what they are keeping. It does not reopen. The next one begins with them already holding what you promised and what you said you were building — and they will ask. A conversation that never closes is one nobody is accountable to. No free tier. No trial. No first one on the house. €20 a month, cancel whenever you like. Free would set the price of the counsel at zero before a word was said, and you would show up accordingly: late, half-honest, unbothered, because nothing was at stake. We are not a charity, and neither is the coach waiting for you. You settle before you sit down. What is real, and nothing beyond it. You speak, and it arrives as text you can edit before you send it — the coach does not hear your voice. You attach a CV, an offer letter, a screenshot. Any language in, the same language back; the interface itself is English. Claude or GPT, switchable whenever you like, always at full reasoning. A transcript belongs to the engine that wrote it, so switching starts a fresh conversation and leaves the old one intact — but what the coach *remembers* about you is yours, not the engine's, and it crosses over with you. The model providers do not retain what you tell them. Belgrave keeps the file — that is the entire point of the file. If you are in Europe, your account and your conversations are stored in Europe; if you are in the US, in the US. Anything ambiguous resolves to Europe. The terms, plainly. The six are fictional. They do not hold the positions they describe. Nothing they tell you is financial, legal, tax or medical advice. They can be confidently, fluently wrong — so argue back. honestly the "no free tier" thing is going to kill your growth basically everyone wants to feel it out before committing. maybe add like a single 15 minute demo session or one free call with one coach so people can see if the dynamic actually clicks for them. would probably convert way better than just a paywall right out the gate you know

Being able to export my coaching sessions as a structured document (like a weekly summary with key themes, action items, and patterns across coaches) would make this much easier to actually apply long-term instead of losing the insights once the chat scrolls away.
