ChairPilot Pro is the all-in-one operating system for salons, barbershops, spas and pet groomers — a colorful, flat-priced alternative to Phorest and Vagaro. Online booking and calendar, point of sale, client CRM, service menu, inventory, memberships and gift cards, loyalty, email + SMS marketing, reviews and reports. Every shop gets a themed booking page with optional deposits. Multi-vertical: salon, barber, spa and pet grooming each get tailored flows. From $50/mo, 7-day trial, no card.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
Small shops — salons, barbershops, spas, pet groomers — tend to run on a paper book, a card reader, an Instagram DM inbox and a spreadsheet updated at midnight. The software built for them is either an expensive per-seat platform or a booking widget that stops at the calendar.
ChairPilot Pro is the whole shop in one place:
• Online booking + a themed, shareable booking page (with optional deposits)
• Calendar across every chair and stylist
• Point of sale — check out in seconds, retail included
• Client CRM with full visit history
• Inventory, memberships and gift cards
• Loyalty points, reviews, and email + SMS campaigns to fill slow weeks
• Reports that show what's actually working
It's multi-vertical by design: salon, barber, spa and pet grooming each get their own services, themes and booking flows — flip the storefront's whole look in one click.
From $50/mo, 7-day free trial, no credit card, cancel anytime.
If you run a shop: what's the one thing your current booking software still makes you do by hand?
Finally gave the trial a spin for my little pet grooming side hustle and the booking flow actually makes sense for walk-ins vs appointments, which is something Vagaro never got right for me. The flat $50 starting price is a nice change of pace too.
@muammert7az thanks for giving it a spin!
A themed booking page that pulls in the shop's real-time Instagram feed would be a nice touch since most salons already post their best work there. Clients could see fresh cut or color photos right before they pick a stylist, which might also nudge them toward booking a higher ticket service.
Love that you all offer the themed booking pages and flat pricing — feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the usual stack. One thing that would actually make me switch from my current software: a built-in no-show protection with automated card-on-file holds or deposits that staff can apply per service or per client, not just at the booking page. Would save us a lot of lost revenue on weekends.
The themed booking pages are a really smart touch, most booking systems just spit out a generic form but giving each vertical its own tailored flow feels like actual craft, not a checkbox feature.
thanks, that’s exactly what we were going for. The generic booking form always felt like a missed opportunity, especially when a salon, barber, spa, and groomer all need the flow to feel different.
booked a test appointment on my own shop and the themed booking page actually looks decent, not the usual generic template. kind of surprising for a flat $50 tool honestly.
@guneskarpu53314 thank you so much. Trying to prove you can get a real booking page and shop tools without paying enterprise prices.
