ATA is a native mobile app designed for tournament organizers. It automates complex Swiss pairings, handles live tracking, delegates referees, and generates instant PDF reports. Say goodbye to manual spreadsheets and chaotic admin tables.
Nice focus on mobile-first for organizers, that part feels genuinely useful. One thing that would level it up for me personally is letting players see their own pairings, standings, and live notifications from a separate app view. Right now it sounds like everything is gated behind organizer access. If a player just had a read-only public link or simple companion app tied to each tournament, it would cut down on a ton of last-minute questions and keep everyone locked in. Would love to see that added in a future update.
@nihat2sng Thank you so much, Nihat! The best part is: we actually already have this! 🚀 Once an organizer creates the event, ATA generates a unique, read-only live webpage link. Players can just open it on their phone browsers to check their table numbers, pairings, and live standings without downloading the arbiter app. But you make a great point—we definitely need to make this "live web link" feature more visible in our marketing!
Pairings actually generated in seconds during the first round, which saved me a ton of stress before the time control kicked in. The referee handoff feature is a nice touch, though I'd love to see bracket printing get a bit more polish.
@zhitay55026 Thank you, Zümra! Hearing that the referee handoff works smoothly in a real environment is awesome. And point taken on the bracket printing—we are already working on giving the PDF exports a more polished and professional design in the upcoming updates!
This looks like a real lifesaver for organizers. One thing I'd love to see is letting players self-check in through a QR code at the venue, so the TO doesn't have to manually verify each arrival when things get hectic at the start of a round.
@etincatalkmrx That is a brilliant idea, Çetin! QR code self-check-ins would completely eliminate that Round 1 chaos at the arbiter's desk. I am adding this straight to our development roadmap right now. Thanks for the amazing feedback!
Honestly the swiss pairing just works without me double checking every round, which is kind of a miracle for tournament apps. Saved me a solid hour last weekend.
