Hey Product Hunt — we built Cowinx around a simple belief: Your mind should be used to think, not to store every algorithm, system design pattern, and computer science concept you might be asked to recall under pressure. Technical interview preparation often becomes a test of memory. You spend months reviewing concepts, memorizing patterns, and trying to keep everything available for one conversation. Then the interview begins, and the attention you need for reasoning and communication is already occupied by recall. We wanted to give that attention back. Cowinx listens to the question, understands the technical context, and brings the relevant ideas into a clear structure: the key insight, the reasoning, the trade-offs, the pseudocode, and the implementation. Not something to repeat word for word. Something you can understand, build on, and express in your own way. That changed how we evaluated the product. A technically correct answer wasn’t enough. It had to help someone explain an idea clearly, continue thinking, and stay present in the conversation. The same principle shaped the rest of Cowinx: accurate technical transcription, a focused macOS workspace, support for English, Chinese, and five other languages, and an interface that stays calm and reliable during long sessions.
