CompetitorIntel helps startups track competitor websites, pricing changes, and reviews in real-time. AI generates battlecards and insights automatically. Enterprise CI tools cost $25k+/year β this is $49/mo. Built solo from Kathmandu, Nepal.
Hey Product Hunt! π
I built CompetitorIntel because I needed to track what my competitors were doing, but Crayon and Klue cost $25k-$100k/year β way out of reach for a solo founder.
So I built my own. It monitors competitor websites for content and pricing changes, aggregates reviews from G2/Capterra/Google, and generates AI battlecards automatically.
The AI runs on a built-in rule engine β no external API keys needed.
Tech: Next.js 16 + Supabase + Vercel. Payments via Lemon Squeezy.
Bonus story: I'm building this solo from Kathmandu, Nepal. Nepal doesn't have Stripe, so I had to figure out Lemon Squeezy for global payments and eSewa for local Nepal customers. Learned a lot about cross-border payments!
Would love to hear your feedback β what's your current competitor tracking setup? π

Love the price point and the solo-from-Kathmandu story, super inspiring. One thing that would make this way more useful for me: let me upload a list of my own URLs to monitor instead of just discovering competitors. Being able to add custom product pages or blog feeds I want tracked would save a ton of setup time.
