Love the idea of an agent that actually walks you through triage instead of dumping logs in your lap. One thing that would seal it for me: a secure remote-handoff mode where the AI can step through a fix while the tech watches, then send a tidy PDF report straight to the ticket system. Would save so much typing after each bench job.
