Hey,
I’m Henri, founder of Xencra.
I launched Xencra as a product development studio for founders and businesses that need more than a basic website.
The focus is on building practical, production-ready systems: SaaS platforms, learning platforms, marketplaces, payment flows, admin dashboards, AI automation, Web3 product architecture and internal tools.
Xencra is built from real production experience behind Lusfera, where I built Laravel API architecture, Stripe payments, wallet logic, creator monetization, admin workflows, partner systems, AI tools, verification flows and deployment infrastructure end-to-end.
The goal is simple: clear scope, clean build and practical launch.
Happy to answer questions or review what kind of system you are building.

A pricing calculator on the site would be super helpful, even a rough range based on stack and scope. Right now it is hard to tell if you are in the right ballpark before booking a call.

@feyza1144155 Good point, Feyza. I’ve now added a full pricing page with starting prices and typical investment ranges, so it’s easier to check whether Xencra is in the right ballpark before submitting a project. It includes ranges for focused modules, production-ready MVPs, end-to-end platforms and multi-phase product programmes. Final pricing still depends on scope, business logic, integrations, security requirements and delivery ownership.

how does the pricing actually work when the scope shifts mid-build, do you lock it in upfront or does it move with the work

@mitbulankooqcx For a fixed-scope project, the deliverables, milestones, price and acceptance criteria are agreed upfront. If the scope changes during the build, the change is reviewed and approved separately before additional work begins. For products where priorities are expected to evolve continuously, I recommend a monthly product partnership instead of repeatedly changing a fixed proposal.

How does pricing actually work here, is it a flat project fee or more of a monthly retainer once the build goes live?

@koglu5218 Both models are available. Clearly defined builds can be delivered as fixed-scope projects with agreed milestones and pricing. Ongoing development, iteration and technical ownership are handled through a monthly Product Sprint or Product Partner engagement. Complex projects usually begin with a paid technical audit, followed by a scoped proposal for either the fixed build or ongoing engagement.
