The bilingual Hindi-English handling looks really well thought out, especially for BFSI and healthcare where switching mid-call actually happens a lot. Nice to see an India-first tool that treats regional language support as core rather than an afterthought.
Honestly the Hindi + English mix impressed me more than I expected, sounds way more natural than other bots I've tried. The 80% resolution claim is bold but the demo flow actually backed it up for me.
