I built Kai Londo because I saw store owners drowning in tabs.
Email here. Inventory there. Support somewhere else. Analytics in a fourth tab.
I wanted one place that does everything.
Kai Londo connects your store, email, inventory, support, and forecasting into one chat. Ask it anything — 'Show me dead inventory' or 'Set up a welcome flow' — and it answers from your real store data.
It's built for merchants who want to run their entire business from one place.

How does it actually handle the messy stuff like partial returns or split shipments without you having to manually fix things in the backend?

@aliercanlarWe read orders live from Shopify — so partial returns and split shipments are always accurate, but we leave refunds in Shopify for safety.

the fact that you can just ask plain questions like "show me my dead inventory" and it actually pulls the data feels like the right call. most commerce tools still bury stuff under ten layers of menus.

@canzya5Exactly why I built it that way. Most tools bury insights behind menus — Kai Londo brings them to your chat. Just ask.
