The problem I was actually solving wasn't "voice-to-text" (that's been around forever and it's usually messy, full of "ums" and rambling). It was: how do I go from talking to a clean, ready-to-send draft without editing it myself afterward?" Early versions just transcribed speech literally, which wasn't it — a wall of rambling text isn't a draft. The real shift happened when we started treating it less like a transcription tool and more like someone who listens to you talk and hands you back a clean, structured version of what you meant to say.
