This was made as part of a research proposal determining whether political deception is prosodically distinct from deception in other settings (rehearsed / read speech). Politicians are trained communicators who may suppress the typical acoustic markers of lying (pitch rise, speech rate, phone / pause rate). The conviction score you see on every verdict including hedging rate, certainty markers, speech rate, etc. is the lexical layer of that research integrated directly into the product!

@emnz1111 Hi great question!! The "free" version is BYOK and i got a lot of messages from people who didn't have / didn't know how to make their own key, so I figured this would be the easiest way to allow more people to use it!
