Clinic hours, Cantonese/Chinese jargon, and "I don't know how to describe my symptoms" stop people before they even start. Practitioners are also buried in intake and paperwork. What NHMCM does: • AI guides a structured consultation in English or Chinese—you describe symptoms in plain language • A licensed practitioner reviews every case—diagnosis and prescription are never auto-approved • Pay online; herbal granules are dispensed and delivered to your door (Hong Kong) We're in open beta.
