QUALITY.md: an open format to help humans and agents maintain and continuously improve the quality of the systems they ship, operate, and maintain by making easier to attend to, align on, and care for what matters most. QUALITY.md is an open format with a quality model in the YAML frontmatter: the quality characteristics (security, accessibility, test quality, etc.) and their quality requirements (docs, guides, sensors, etc) and the context for why these matter in the markdown body.
how does this actually integrate with existing CI pipelines — does it run checks automatically or is it more of a documentation layer we have to wire up ourselves?

love how QUALITY.md keeps the quality model in the YAML frontmatter but leaves the actual context in the markdown body. that split lets humans and agents parse the structure while still reading the why. feels like the kind of format that could quietly become a default.
