We rebuilt KrosAI after discovering the biggest challenge in Voice AI wasn't intelligence, it was communications.
Every market required different carriers, regulations, and provisioning. KrosAI abstracts that complexity through a single API, letting developers provision local phone numbers, make and receive calls, and send SMS across 50+ emerging markets.

Plugged in a test agent this morning and the local number provisioning across three regions worked without me touching a single carrier config. Genuinely surprised how much the API hides under the hood.
Tested it with a Lagos number last week and the setup was way smoother than expected. Loved that it handled the carrier side so I could focus on the agent logic.
Honestly the local number coverage across Africa and LATAM is the kind of thing you don't realize you need until you try building it yourself. Set up a test call in Nigeria in like ten minutes, no carrier paperwork nonsense. Solid.
