AllMins helps teams turn meeting recordings into useful documents. Upload an audio or video recording from Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, a voice recorder, or an in-browser recording, and get a transcript plus structured meeting minutes with decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and next steps.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built AllMins because meeting recordings are useful, but raw recordings and transcripts are hard to work with and often take too long to process during the business days packed with meetings. Teams often need the actual outcome of a meeting: what was discussed, what was decided, who owns the next step, and what should happen next.
AllMins lets you upload a meeting recording and get a transcript plus structured meeting summaries within minutes. It works with uploaded audio/video files and in-browser recordings, so there is no need to invite a bot into your meeting. The App also works with your calendar so you can track the upcoming and past events, connect to meetings and record them directly from your browser and also assign the results to the specific projects you work on.
I would love feedback on:
how clear the generated minutes are;
which meeting templates would be most useful;
whether upload-based processing feels better than bot-based recorders for your workflow.
Thanks for checking it out.

Love how the output separates decisions, owners, and deadlines into their own sections instead of burying them in a wall of transcript. That structure alone saves me from re-watching the recording.
