How does the pricing actually scale when you start pushing heavy workloads through it, and is there any throttling if my app suddenly gets a spike in traffic?

We do not limit users in any way regarding token or request limits on a monthly or weekly basis.The system accepts 4 concurrent (simultaneous) requests at a time and rejects any more than 4. This is not a monthly limit; it is entirely a concurrency limit, implemented to prevent abuse.
