We believe every student deserves their own Drona. We started with just the AI chat tutor. Then teachers told us grading was killing them. So we built smart assessments. Then students asked for revision tools — so we built auto-flashcards. Every feature came from a real classroom problem, not a product roadmap. The hardest lesson: technology is the easy part. Getting teachers to trust AI with their students — that takes time, humility, and a lot of listening. We're still early.
