Persnally learns who you are from your AI history — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your code — and serves that context to every AI via MCP. Local-first: your data stays on your machine, source-available and deletable. So every AI finally stops treating you like a stranger.

Hey Product Hunt — I'm Sidhanth, creator of Persnally.
Every AI tool you use starts from zero. Claude doesn't know what Cursor learned about you, ChatGPT forgets between sessions, and you re-explain yourself to every tool, every day.
The fix everyone's shipping is "memory, in our cloud" — which just makes your context one more thing a platform owns.
Persnally takes the other path. It reads the AI history you already have — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your git repos — and builds a structured model of who you are and how you work. Then it serves that to any AI tool through MCP (their own protocol), so they stop treating you like a stranger.
The part I care most about: it's local-first. Everything lives in ~/.persnally on your machine. It stores only structured signals — never your raw conversations — it's source-available so you can read exactly what it knows and see the evidence behind every claim, and the delete button actually deletes.
The cloud crowd says your context is "yours." Persnally keeps it on your machine.
You can try it in about 5 minutes — it imports your history and writes you a self-portrait:
▎ npm i -g persnally && persnally setup
No API key required: it runs fully local via Ollama, or bring your own key.
The one thing I'd love brutal feedback on: does the portrait feel accurate? That's the bar. Thanks for taking a look.
