GenieBox builds CRM and business software, AI automation, and trains the talent that powers it — a software company with an academy division.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in lead scoring feature that learns from your closed deals. Right now it feels like you have to manually rank prospects, but if the system could track which contacts actually convert and why, it would save a ton of guesswork for sales teams. Could be a real differentiator.
Nice that the academy is baked right into the company itself, feels like the people building the CRM actually understand how it gets used day to day.
Love that GenieBox bundles the software with an academy - feels like a smart way to actually get teams up to speed on the CRM and AI tools instead of leaving them to figure it out alone.
