I was working at a 150-person company that had an HRIS for the usual people management work, but no way to run 360 feedback rounds inside it. The enterprise alternatives priced per seat and shipped with a dozen modules we didn't need (OKRs, comp planning, engagement surveys). So feedback rounds got chased through spreadsheets and Slack channels, and at scale that became a part-time job. I built a quick internal tool to save my own afternoon, watched it actually help the people running and filling out feedback, and realised there were a lot of companies in this same spot. Lynxify is that tool, made into a product. The deliberate cuts are the part I'm most opinionated about: no OKR module, no comp planning, no engagement dashboard. Just structured 360 reviews, AI-written synthesis so managers don't lose a Friday to themes-and-quotes work, and a one-page visual report you can take into a 1:1 conversation. Built for teams of 10 to about 200. A few things that evolved during this launch specifically: - The AI summary lives in its own card on the report, kept separate from reviewer quotes and the manager's private notes. None of the three contaminate each other. - Per-respondent anonymity: each reviewer chooses whether their individual response is anonymous, even inside an attributed round. - The visual skill report is print-ready, so it doubles as a shareable PDF without setup. What I'd most love from this community: tell me where it's still rough. Specifically, the smallest thing that would make you actually run a round inside the tool instead of your current spreadsheet.
