Honestly the fact that WhatsApp, CRM, and automation all live in the same place is a lifesaver, no more juggling tabs. Setup took me maybe twenty minutes and the AI agents actually felt useful instead of gimmicky.
Would love to see a public API or webhooks layer so I can push custom events from my warehouse into the CRM and trigger automations that way. Right now a lot of my data lives outside the platform, and bridging it feels manual.

One thing that would push this over the edge for me is a built-in lead scoring engine that uses your AI agents to rank incoming contacts by conversion likelihood. Right now CRMs just dump everyone in, but if the platform could watch how leads respond across WhatsApp, Telegram, and the website, then auto-prioritize the hottest ones on the dashboard, that would actually save me hours every week.
