how does it handle situations where it doesnt know the answer or gets confused by tricky customer questions
@sevdayeilefqel hey Sevda, thanks for chiming in - before a demo chatbot goes live, it gets run through a quality harness run by Claude Sonnet 5 (and previously, Claude Sonnet 4.6). The goal of the quality harness is to identify specific weaknesses and flag them both for the business owner (so they can apply manual corrections) and to the chatbot in its system prompt, so it knows how to respond to what it doesn't know. Obviously no quality harness is perfect, but the chatbot architecture has gone through over 1,200 iterations of testing to fine tune the responses with the goal of being grounded in data, facts, and honesty :)
