Hi, I'm Samina! I've been working with the team at thirdweb for the past four+ years and we spent a lot of time building developer tools for decentralized apps. With that, we wanted to create something new with the kick-ass team we have on board to help people trade more confidently. Trading has always felt like it was built for people who already know how to trade or people who had time to look at charts all day. The jargon, the fragmented tools, the learning curve just to figure out what you're even looking at. We wanted to build something for everyone else who didn't have that sort of knowledge or time. The core idea behind Atlas is what if you could just have a co-pilot who could teach and help you trade? Understanding an asset shouldn't require a finance degree or an hour of Googling. So we made that a first-class feature. You can ask about anything, get a real explanation from real-time information, and actually feel more confident in what you're backing. Every asset has context behind it, it should be easier to figure out what is worth holding or selling. The other big thing was fragmentation. Most people who want to build wealth are spread across five different apps. One for crypto, one for stocks, one for prediction markets, maybe another for savings. That's exhausting. We wanted one place where you could trade tokens, stocks, perps, prediction markets, savings, all of it, without constantly switching. And then the autopilot piece came from wanting to close the strategy gap. Sophisticated trading strategies used to be locked behind expensive tools or only available at the institutional level. Not everybody can afford a person to help manage their assets. With Glob, you can set up strategies in plain English. Just tell it what you want and it figures out the rest and even trades on your behalf with whatever limits you want to set up.
