Hello, community! I'm Julius, an engineer and financial market enthusiast. The Problem: Investing in Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs) in Brazil is an excellent strategy, but monitoring portfolio health and the risk indicators of various assets in a fragmented way is a constant challenge. I wasted a lot of time switching between brokerage websites, data platforms, and manual spreadsheets to understand what was really happening with my investments. The Inspiration: monitorfiis.com.br was born from my own need as an investor. As a developer, I sought to create a tool that would automate this data collection and visualization, transforming complex information into actionable insights. The project was designed to be lightweight, fast, and focused on what matters: portfolio security and performance. Who it's for: This project is for REIT investors who, like me, value efficiency in data analysis, want to reduce emotional bias in decisions, and seek a consolidated view of risk without relying on slow systems or cluttered interfaces. What's coming next: Currently, the system already has automations that distribute intelligent summaries via Telegram (bot @monitorfiis), and I'm constantly working to refine the risk algorithms.
