I grew up watching the gap between what people say they want and what they actually do. It's the same gap I lived inside my own life for years. I'm building Coach because it's the app I wish existed when I started my own journey. I'll be using it the day we ship. The world needs real accountability, real communities, real discipline. I tried to build Coach once before. Hired a team overseas. It failed. I shelved it, then started building apps for other people myself with the knowledge I learned along the way.
