We built Relay because outbound has become unnecessarily fragmented. Most teams bounce between separate tools for lead sourcing, enrichment, outreach, and LinkedIn, which creates more busywork than momentum. We wanted a simpler way to run the entire outbound workflow in one place, with AI doing the heavy lifting but the user staying in control. That’s why Relay is built as a single chat where you can ask for a target list, get personalized intros and emails drafted on a live editable canvas, and send everything through your own Gmail and LinkedIn. As we built it, our approach kept coming back to one idea: automation should remove tool-switching, not remove judgment. Relay is designed to make outbound faster and more personal without turning it into a black box.
