Couple of behind-the-scenes things from launch morning:
→ We picked the 9 painting styles based on 6 months of testing — Renaissance kept winning blind tests, samurai was the dark horse, and "Greek god" got requested so many times we just built it.
→ The hardest part wasn't the AI — it was tuning each style so a Golden Retriever stays a Golden Retriever and not just "a dog".
→ Print fulfilment was the second-hardest. Gelato turned out to be the only partner that ships free worldwide AND has consistent quality across 32 countries.
