I'm Boyd, founder of Fireproof Studio. SiteGlowUp is the product I built because I kept having the same conversation with small-business owners:

A few things that are different about this:

🎯 Free preview, not free trial. Most "AI website builder" tools make you sign up, pick a plan, then maybe show you something generic. We rebuild your actual site first and put the live preview on a URL you can share with your business partner — paywall doesn't exist until you say "yes, deploy this one."
💸 Pass-through infra pricing. AWS bandwidth, Route53, S3 — we charge what AWS charges us, no markup. The $10+/mo hosting fee is the only thing we make recurring revenue on.
📱 Updates by text/email. "Add holiday hours for Memorial Day" → done. "Update my services list" → done. 5 free prompts per site, then $1/prompt. You never touch a CMS.
📝 AI-generated blog posts — $1 each. Set a niche + a topic queue once. Claude writes a real post (not lorem ipsum) and Stable Image generates a custom hero image. Your site stays fresh without you ever opening a dashboard.
🌐 Real ownership. Static HTML on your own domain. If SiteGlowUp shuts down tomorrow, your site keeps running on standard hosting. No lock-in.

I'd love feedback on two things:

Paste a URL into the submit form — your own site, an old portfolio, your aunt's salon, whatever. See what comes out. Tell me what the AI got right and (more useful) what it got wrong.
What's the dealbreaker for SMB owners you know? Pricing? "I don't trust AI not to butcher my copy"? "I want to make changes myself"? "What if I want to switch later?" I'd rather hear the brutal version.
