Our assessments follow standard industry scale logic: link questions to 3–5 scoring dimensions, calculate scores, then map results to conclusions. We offer Likert, STAR and yes-no question modules.
FormLM is an all-in-one platform with 20+ question types. It auto-generates PDF assessment reports via LLM and supports expert consulting, letting users build full assessment tools on-site.
To fix AI accuracy flaws, experts use Report Builder’s separate widgets with custom AI fill rules to avoid redundant AI output; rule-based logic is also available.
