LaternZona: Offline AI dictionary. You pick the topic of every example.

Hey everyone, I made LaternZona because looking up English idioms always frustrated me. You search a phrase like "throw someone under the bus" and the example sentence is some generic office scenario with names like John and Sarah — fine for understanding the meaning, but useless for actually using the phrase yourself, in the situation you're in this week. LaternZona is an AI dictionary that fixes that. You type the word, you type a topic, and it writes example sentences for that topic. Prepping for a job interview? Put "job interview" as the topic. Cooking dinner? Use "cooking". Whatever situation you're actually going to use the phrase in. If the first set of examples doesn't quite fit, you can regenerate. Same word, same topic, different sentences. Keep going until one of them sounds like something you'd actually say. The other thing I cared about: it all runs on your phone. The AI model is downloaded once and lives locally, so there's no account to sign up for, no usage being tracked, no monthly server fees being passed on to you. It also means it works on a flight, on the subway, or anywhere with no signal — which is honestly half the time I actually need a dictionary. A few other things worth mentioning: it handles full idioms and phrasal verbs (not just single words), the UI is in 9 languages, and the AI can explain English to you in your native language — Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Arabic, or English.
